All products sold through our website are digital products delivered electronically via email or digital download. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product
- The product will be delivered electronically
- Your purchase is final once delivery or download access has been provided
Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once the product has been sent to the email address provided during checkout or made available for download.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout.
If you experience delivery issues, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Support
If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after purchase, contact us at supplybyluxe@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery.
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where a digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed. Relevant purchase records, download logs, IP logs, and communications may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions as evidence of fulfillment.
